Welcome to our Post Natal Return to Fitness Program.
This program aims to educate and assist you on returning to exercise safely.
Before you begin, we ask that you:
1. Make an appointment to meet with a Women's Health Physio (they will check the strength of your pelvic floor and for core separation)
2. Make a 1:1 Appointment with Afton (face-to-face or online)
3. Watch the Pre and Post Natal Information Video (On day one of the program).
