Welcome to Rise and Shine's Trimester Two Pre Natal Workout Program.


This Program is aimed at Women who are in their second trimester of pregnancy, and have been exercising regularly. If you have any health issues that you are concerned about, please check with your Doctor before commencing the program.

The sessions are named as follows
Pre Natal Trimester 2.1
The first number (2) represents the Trimester, and the second number (1) represents the video number. 

There are 12 videos in this program, which is followed by the Trimester Three Program.
