St Francis College – 9-Week Fitness Bootcamp (Boarders Only)

Give your child the opportunity to start their day feeling strong, confident, and energised. This 9-week bootcamp is designed exclusively for St Francis College boarding students and will be led by a qualified Rise and Shine Fitness coach.
Sessions will run twice a week and feature fun, cardio-based circuit workouts tailored for all fitness levels—whether your child is preparing for winter sport or just beginning their fitness journey.

Program Includes:
✔ Two 40-minute sessions per week (Wednesday & Friday mornings)
✔ Capped at 20 students per group
✔ Held on-site at St Francis College
✔ Led by a qualified Rise and Shine Fitness coach
✔ Runs throughout Term 2 (9 weeks total)
✔ Starts Wednesday, May 7th (Week 2, Term 2)

Cost: $180 (paid upfront)

Note: If your child is already on a Rise and Shine Fitness Student Membership ($29/week), this program is included. Please email jogoargey@riseandshinefitness.org to confirm their place.
