Here's what makes it different.

 

You don't just buy a pass and figure it out yourself.

 

Before your first session, Jane contacts you to build a realistic plan around your life, your schedule, your goals, your starting point.

 

It's not just a case of looking at the timetable and picking what you think might work. Jane will take the time to understand you, what you're after, what kind of training you enjoy, and why a consistent routine hasn't stuck yet. Maybe it's the season of life you're in. Kids, work, age, whatever it is, you'll figure it out together.

 

From there, Jane maps out your 21 days. You'll both know exactly which sessions you're turning up to. Sessions that fit around your life, not ones that add more stress to it.

 

No guessing. No winging it. Just a plan you've already agreed works for you, and a coach who knows when to expect you.

21 DAY STARTER PASS

HOW IT WORKS

​

Step 1: Your 1:1 Program Set Up Call Before your first session, Jane will contact you to talk through your goals, your schedule, and which sessions work best for you. You'll start day one knowing exactly what you're doing and when.

​

Step 2: Coached Sessions — Just Show Up You've got your individual session plan for the next 21 days, now all you need to do is show up. Your coaches will take care of the rest. The workout is planned, the equipment is set up, and you'll be guided through every step. Just 45 minutes and you're done.

​

Step 3: Real Support Along the Way

Your coach knows when you're booked in. If life gets busy or you miss a session, we check in and help you adjust, so your routine stays realistic and consistent throughout your 21 days.

What Happens After 21 Days?

By the end of your starter pass, you'll have given your new routine a good hard crack. You'll know exactly how it feels to be a Rise and Shine member and the ball is in your court.

​

If the structure is working for you, rolling onto a membership means you finally have that consistent health and fitness routine you've been after.

​

And if it didn't work at this stage of life? You're not locked into anything. Nothing more to pay.

Group Fitness- $89

You'll walk in to find everyday people, busy lives, limited time, all showing up to the sessions they've already planned around their week.

 

The energy, the social atmosphere and the coaching makes it easy to stay consistent and actually enjoy it. Maximum 32 participants, 2 coaches on the floor.

​

This starter pass gives you access to our group fitness timetable as well as off-peak training, so there's plenty of flexibility to find what works for your week.

​

And don't stress about picking the right sessions just yet, once you've secured your pass, Jane will help you figure out exactly which sessions and how many will work best for you.

Small Group PT- $149

You'll walk into a welcoming, private studio built for everyday adults who want a more personalised start to their fitness. The smaller setting creates a calm, supportive environment where you can build confidence at your own pace.

​

With a maximum of 6 participants and 1 dedicated coach, you'll get close guidance, clear instruction and the space to learn proper technique without feeling rushed. It's ideal if you're new to training, returning after time off, or simply prefer a quieter, more focused environment.

​

This pass gives 2 Small Group PT sessions per week. If you also wanted to try Group fitness or off-peak training this pass gives you this access.

 

Everything is structured, supported and planned, just with a smaller group and more individual attention.

​
