Would you like a cost effective way to have more individualised Coaching without the cost of a Personal Training session? 

 

Semi Private is here!!

12 Week program starts January 31, 2022!

- Program one will focus on building lean muscle -

What does Semi private include?

  • 1 Coach with a Max of 6 participants

  • 2x 50min Semi private sessions in your session time (either 4pm or 6pm)

  • Semi Private sessions run on Monday and Thursday. You'll select a time slot for the12 week duration. 

  • Monday's main movements will be 'Back Squat' and 'Dumbbell Bench Press'.

  • Thursday's main movements will be 'Deadlift' and 'Pull-ups'.

  • All programs will be individualised to match your ability and fitness level.

  • The 12 week program consists of a baseline testing week in weeks 1 and 12 to monitor progress and keep you motivated across the program.

  • The Semi private membership also includes all inclusions in the online membership and group fitness membership.

A Semi Private membership consists weekly payments of $39 per week for the group training membership + $40 per week for the semi private for the 12 week training block.

Please note, Semi private members must have a group fitness membership, even if they don't use this service.
