Our Fit over 50 timeslot is a female only class.

These workouts include a purpose built strength program specific to the needs of Women through their perimenopause, menopause and post menopause years.
Small group PT
From $60/week
Our Small group PT sessions are our premium product. These full Strength workouts consist of a max of 6 participants to ensure your getting the most out of your trainer and the program.
If you have a goal to improve overall strength or lack confidence in a gym setting then this is the perfect place to start your journey.
You'll also receive all the features they base membership includes.

Love our new training concept but can't get to our gym? No problem! Have access to our Daily workouts on your training app.
