GROUP FITNESS (INDIVIDUAL)

Our most affordable training option to join our team and build your health and fitness routine within our brand new facility.

Includes;

  • Unlimited access to our Group Fitness Timetable.

  • 24hr access to our facility outside class times.

  • An accountability coach checking in on your attendance.

  • An unreal team training atmosphere!

FIT OVER 50

Our Fit over 50 timeslot is a female only class.

 

6.45am - 7.30am Tuesday

6.45am- 7.15am Thursdays

6.45am- 7.15am Friday

These workouts include a purpose built strength program specific to the needs of Women through their perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause.

Tuesdays session is 15mins longer for an optional cardio set to get the heart rate up at your own pace.

 
 
 

SEMI PRIVATE

FROM $60 PW

Our Semi private sessions are our premium product. These full Strength workouts consist of a max of 6 participants to ensure your getting the most out of your trainer and the program.

 

If you have a goal to improve overall strength or lack confidence in a gym setting then this is the perfect place to start your journey.

 

Spots are limited for our Semi private membership and required you to fill out an application form.

Love our new training concept but can't get to our gym?

 

No problem! Have access to our Daily workouts in our STRONG ZONE or SWEAT ZONE on our training app.

Check out the workout overview and if you aren't sure what the moves are, press the demo video and continue training!

Don't have the equipment for these sessions? Choose from our video library of over 250 videos on demand. 

20min or 50min options available with a range of different workout options to suit the time and equipment you have available.
