Our Fit Over 50 timeslot is a female-only class designed to meet the unique needs of women in their perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause years. These 30-minute workouts include a purpose-built strength program focused on enhancing mobility, strength, and balance.

Each session accommodates a maximum of 12 women, ensuring personalised attention and individualised programming from our expert coach.
No base level of fitness or prior experience is required—just show up, and your coach will have your workout ready for you.
