Our Group Fitness membership gives you Unlimited access to our Group Fitness timetable. 

You'll be provided with the foundations to succeed on your new fitness journey with access to many more features than our timetable including;

  • An accountability Coach

  • Access to Trainerize, our online training app.

  • 12 week workout blocks designed to build lean muscle and increase cardiovascular fitness. 

Group fitness memberships are $42 per week.

Are over the age of 50 and know that you need to add low impact strength training to your week. 

This program could be for you!

- Small group size

- 2 to 3 Strength sessions a week

- Beginners level

Join us on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 6.45am for your 30min session.

Restart your exercise journey with this fun group of ladies, and laugh your way through the morning!

SEMI PRIVATE

Would you like a more personalised session?

Our Semi Private sessions consist of 1 trainer to 6 participants.

Rather than paying the price of a Personal Training session you'll get access to two 50 min semi-private sessions a week and unlimited access to our group fitness timetable if you wish to use it.  You'll also get access to all the features from our Group Training membership. 

Current Semi Private sessions are Monday and Wednesday at;

  • 7am

  • 5.15pm

  • 6.15pm
