Our training concept
You provide us with your goals and we will create an individualised plan to get you there using either our group fitness, small group PT, 24hr or our fit over 50 training options.
We specilise in getting people into a sustainable fitness journey by focusing on 3 key components;

Accountability, each member has their own accountability coach to keep them accountable for their sessions.

Community, we want to feel welcome, comfortable and connected as soon as you walk into the gym. We value connections through connecting with people in class and at our social events.

Training, we have created a variety of different training options that deliver results and strive to continue to deliver the most up to date programming.
Training options
Whatever your fitness goals are we are here to support you on your journey. If you like something structured, we have a range of programmed sessions on our timetable and you'll also have access to your program to use in our 24hr facility in off peak hours.
Strong Zone
The Strong zone are full strength workouts with 3 workouts across the week.
Sweat Zone
If you just love getting that heartrate up then your going to love this zone.
24 Hour Access
If you aren't able to make a timetable session then our facility is available outside class times and your program is waiting for you on your training app.
