How we can help you..

Face to face

We specialise in running Group Fitness workouts for women. 

We understand that to start at a new 'gym' can be extremely intimidating but we can assure you that you'll feel apart of our community the moment you walk through the door and are greeted by one of our trainers. After your first workout you may walk away feeling a little sore but we are confident that our programming delivers results and you'll be hooked to the fun training environment in no time.

If the Group Fitness setting isn't your thing, we also offer Semi-Private session and Personal training sessions.

Online

Rise and Shine on Demand app.

Can you make time to workout for 20mins, 3 times a week?

Our online and Face-to-Face members have access to our online training app which not only delivers a variety of different workout options (20mins/30mins/50mins)  but you'll also be feeling your best with access to weekly Wellness sessions. You'll also be able to join our nutrition program through the app to make sure you're making informed decisions on your food choices to support a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

Bootcamp

Our Bootcamp involves a mix of interval training, cardio and functional strength in a welcoming atmosphere

Boxing

 Get the heart rate up and feel the muscles burn in a friendly and supportive environment. 

Strength

Build lean muscle and maintain bone density as you enjoy this group strength workout with are variety of training equipment and session layouts.
